$15,000 Hiring Bonus – Hiring Southern Heights Dental Group is hiring…. Seeking a motivated and reliable Registered Dental Hygienist who believes in the value of positive culture and being part of a team. Our busy group practice in Faribault, MN currently includes 7 DDS, 3 ADT, 18 RDH, and the best team of LDA and administrative support members. Our clinic is located within the Crossroads Professional Building, which is a state-of-the-art medical center. Hourly base pay for 90 days, and then collections based pay once hourly base rate is exceeded. This compensation model has allowed for our 18 RDH to be paid extremely competitively and at the top of scale for RDH salaries. Benefits include 401k, profit sharing opportunities, group health insurance, dental benefits, paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay. Responsible for performing all Registered Dental Hygienist scope of work in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry. Southern Heights Dental Group closes on Fridays at 2pm so that our staff can enjoy the long weekend and work life balance.
